Walk-In Drug & Alcohol Testing.

Drug and alcohol testing at our clinics is walk-in only — there is nothing to book. Bring a photo ID and, if your employer sent you, whatever authorization or donor paperwork they provided, and our certified collectors will take it from there.

Walk-ins are handled in the order they arrive at all three Oregon clinics — Sherwood, Bend and Klamath Falls. Most collections take only a few minutes at the clinic; every specimen is documented under applicable chain-of-custody procedures before it leaves the building.

Appointments are reserved for the services that genuinely need a scheduled slot — physicals, audiograms, respirator fit testing and supervisor training. DNA testing is walk-in too. If you need testing for a team rather than one person, our collectors can also come to your site.
